Description
The children of one of the many city's orphanages greet the Land Rover vehicle that is bringing them a gift of food, clothing and books. The items, donated by the Tasmanian branch of the National Civic Council Civil Aid Committee, were distributed by members of the 110th Signal Squadron detachment. This gift was just one of many sent by the Aid Committee during the past two years. A local worker, Truong Thi Hong, stands at the open gate with the orphans.
