Looking on is the Australian Ambassador to Vietnam, Ralph L. Harry (with glasses), and the Vietnamese Foreign Minister, Senator Tran Van Lam (straw hat). The Foreign Minister and his party accompanied the Ambassador on one of his visits to Australian units in Phuoc Tuy.
