Ismalia, Egypt. c. March 1916. Portion of a group of nomadic local people and their train of approximately one thousand camels as they pass the camp of the 20th Australian Army Service Corps. The original caption reads `This is only one of many that we are passing frequently while on the move. Our camp was just over the hill. The sand made very heavy pulling for the horses. At times the wheels sinking up to the box.'
