Tan Son Nhut, South Vietnam. April 1971. Signalman (Sig) Larry Allen of Thornbury, Vic, surrounded by Vietnamese children at the Dong Chau orphanage at Tan Son Nhut, on the outskirts of Saigon. Sig Allen, a member of the 110 Signal Squadron detachment stationed in Saigon, distributed gifts to the children which had been donated by the Murchison Catholic Ladies' Guild of Queensland.
