Balloons, paper hats, ice creams and soft drinks were all part of a visit to the Saigon Zoo for orphans from the St Elizabeth's Orphanage in Saigon. Warrant Officer Class 2 Vince Metzroth of Ingleburn, NSW, handing out balloons to young Vietnamese children. The outing was organised by RAAF and Army senior non-commissioned officers based in Saigon.
