Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. July 1971. The Chief of the General staff (CGS), Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) M. F. Brogan (left), meets officers of a Regional Force Company in the north of Phuoc Tuy Province. Lt Gen Brogan, on his first visit to South Vietnam since his appointment as CGS, toured the province meeting soldiers and advisers working with Vietnamese forces.
