Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. August 1971. Private (Pte) Colin Havers of Whyalla, SA, forces his way through mud and thick jungle undergrowth after crossing a creek in the far north-west of Phuoc Tuy Province. Pte Havers, a member of 4th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (4RAR), was on a patrol and ambush operation in a suspected Viet Cong supply area.
