Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM), Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1) H T 'Jack' Harwood cutting the cake at a ceremony in front of other Non Commissioned Officers (NCOS) and men (mostly unidentified). The four candles on the cake possibly represent the 4th anniversary of the formation of the 67 Battalion, later reformed as the 3rd Battalion The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR).
