Description
Corporal A V Collins of Cardiff, South Wales, and Trooper D S Unwin of Croydon, London (sitting on the tank), supervise a party of Korean labourers as they dig out a Centurion tank prior to its removal to workshop for repairs. This tank, which played its part in The Gloucestershire Regiment's stand in the Battle of Imjin River in April, was forced off the road by a road block. The gradient on the side was so steep that the gun of the tank was embedded to a depth of four feet.
