Major Archibald Frederick Philip ‘Arch’ Lukyn of Glenunga, SA (left), Officer Commanding D Company, points out the features to Lt Col Hassett, whilst the Intelligence Officer, Lieutenant John McCalmont Crofts of Auburn, NSW, takes a peep at them through the field glasses.
