Description
An unidentified man wearing glasses and a parka (left), shakes hands with a member of the 3rd battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR) at a camp in Korea. It is during the occasion of the visit of Josiah Francis, the Australian Minister for the Army to the 3RAR camp, and the unidentified man is probably a member of the visting group. Note he has the hood of the parka over his head to protect him from the freezing Korean winter. The soldier (right) is wearing a slouch hat.
