Nui Dat, South Vietnam. September 1971. Colonel D. D. Weir, Deputy Commander of the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF), takes the salute from the men of C Squadron, 1st Armoured Regiment, as the unit's last Centurion tank to be withdrawn from operations in Vietnam drives ceremoniously from the parade ground. The farewell parade was held at Nui Dat in Phuoc Tuy Province.
