Vung Tau, South Vietnam. November 1971. An Australian forklift driver at Vung Tau loads Australian Defence and Embassy aid stores prior to their move to Australian Government sponsored projects throughout Vietnam. The stores arrived aboard HMAS Jeparit and were unloaded by forklift and secured by troop of the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) until collected by the Vietnamese. Containers in which the stores arrived were utilised by the troops of the 1ATF to return some of their stores to Australia.
