Members of the Australian Victory Contingent on a visit to Berlin, on the balcony of the Southend Club watching other members of the Contingent pedalling floats on the lake. The lake and the Club are controlled by the Navy, Army and Air Force Institute (NAAFI), the British equivalent of the Australian Canteen Services.
