Collection related to the service of Captain Charles Mills
Description
Australian prisoners of war captured during the Battle of Fleurbaix fought over the period 19 July 1916 and 20 July 1916 leaving the German collecting station under escort en route to Lille at midday. The two wounded officers walking in the centre with their right arms in slings are, Captain Charles Mills (centre of image) and beside him (with the white sling) is Robert Alyth Keay.
