NSW. Paybook photograph of NX6085 Signalman Colin James Green, 6th Division Signals, Australian Corps of Signals. Signalman Green, aged 22, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 21 June 1942. He was the son of Percival John and Mary Agnes Green, of unknown, unknown. He is buried in the Suda Bay Cemetery Section 5, Row B, Plot 3.
