Vic. Paybook photograph of VX3008 Private Morris Walter Dicker, 2/7th Battalion, Australian Infantry. Private Dicker, aged 20, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 28 May 1941. He was the son of William Albert and Alice Olive Dicker, of Caulfield, Vic. He is commemorated on the Athens Memorial Face 11. (Photograph supplied by the Army's Soldier Career Management Agency.
