Vic. Paybook photograph of VX20670 Gunner Dugald Duncan, 2/3rd Field Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery. Gunner Duncan, aged 28, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 20 May 1941. He was the husband of Mayme Lilian Duncan, of Ararat, Vic.
