Vic. Paybook photograph of VX33324 Lance Bombardier Oliver Ronald Hunt, 3rd Light Anti Aircraft Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery. Lance Bombardier Hunt, aged 26, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 29 May 1941. He was the son of Joseph Samuel and Elizabeth Alice Hunt, of Lancefield, Vic. He is commemorated on the Athens Memorial Face 10. (Photograph supplied by the Army's Soldier Career Management Agency.
