WA. Paybook photograph of WX1918 Gunner Thomas Dalrymple, 2/3rd Field Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery. Gunner Dalrymple, aged 22, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 21 May 1941. He was the son of David and Margaret Dalrymple, of Perth, WA.
