Collection related to the 9th Battalion
Description
Three offficers, all of the 9th Battalion, following a presentation of Distinguished Service Order awards due to actions during the battle of Pozieres. Captain, arm in a sling, DSO; unidentified ?lieutenant DSO; Captain Maurice Wilder Neligan DSO. The two on the left and centre are believed to be Captain Norman Maxwell Gibson and Captain Sidney Norman Lawrence (positions unknown).
