Collection relating to the service of 320 Corporal (Cpl) Ernest Herbert Jones, 1st Field Artillery Brigade, Army Medical Corps Detail, AIF. The print is inscribed with an original caption, written by Cpl Jones. It reads, "A heavy load Mena Camp... This print is rather dark but well illustrates the loading of a great camel; this one particularly is a fine specimen. Who would have thought six months ago that Australian soldiers would handle such animals like dogs! Not the chap with this one any way."
