Description
The aircraft carrier HMAS Melbourne under repairs - possibly in Sutherland Dock at Cockatoo Island. Damage to the ship's bow is clearly visible. The Daring class destroyer HMAS Voyager was sunk in a collision with the flagship off Jervis Bay on the night of 10 February 1964 which resulted in the loss of 82 crew members from the destroyer.
