R57404 Leading Seaman Physical Trainer (LSPT) Maxwell Rodney Mullinger, and R57131 Petty Offficer Underwater Control (POUC) Robert John Priest, disengage Rear Admiral (Rear Adm) G J B Crabb, CBE, DSC, Flag Officer Commanding Australian Fleet (FOCAF) from a helicopter winch after he has been lowered onto the deck of HMAS Hobart, probably near Subic Bay, Philippines. Rear Adm is paying a visit to the ship during its second deployment to the Vietnam War. Saluting Rear Adm on his arrival is Lieutenant Commander Ian Blyth James, Executive Officer HMAS Hobart.
