The RAN destroyer HMAS Brisbane (II) D41 is on its first deployment to Vietnam. Here R96370 Ordinary Seaman Quartermaster Gunner (ORDQMG) Alexander George 'Bogie' Knight, uses binoculars as he carries out the duty of lookout while the Brisbane is on the gunline off the coast of Vietnam. As protection from possible flying shrapnel, ORDQMG Knight is wearing an anti flak jacket and steel helmet.
