Description
Depicts a cartoon of a caricature of a Japanese officer as a monkey-like creature, suspended over a map of Asia, spreading its arms towards New Guinea and Rabual in one direction and Borneo in the other. A pair of arms, holding large shears, with a sleeve of the United States flag and a sleeve of the British flag, attempt to cut the Japanese monkey's tail, preventing his reach into Australia.
