Description
A sailor from the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Division of the RAN, possibly a diesel mechanic, working in an engineering space onboard the General Purpose Vessel, HMAS Banks. This ship carried out fishery patrols from Manus Island (HMAS Tarangau) and was also used to train PNG naval personnel of the RAN.
