Description
Three Warrant Officers (WOs) in front of the Peter Badcoe Club, 1 Australian Logistic Support Group (1ALSG), Vung Tau, with a cake in the shape of the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV) shoulder patch which was baked and decorated to celebrated the award of the United States Army Meritorious Unit Commendation, awarded to the AATTV by United States Army General, Creighton W Abrams, Commander US Military Assistance Command Vietnam (COMUSMACV). Two of the WOs (left and right) are members of the AATTV. The small rectangular commendation and the AATTV shoulder patch are visible (left). Identified is WO2 53045 William Nesbit (left) and 29537 WO2 George Ian Hodgson, Royal Australian Artillery (RAA) (right).
