An underway transfer in the Tonkin Gulf between the Allen M Sumner class destroyer USS Samuel N Moore (DD-747) and the Guided Missile Destroyer HMAS Hobart (D39) (not pictured). Lieutenant Commander C A Reid, RAN is in the bosun's chair for a handover briefing. The ship was returning for Sea Dragon operations after a short upkeep period in Subic Bay.
