Vung Tau, Vietnam. c 1966. Vietnamese people gathered around Ian (Doc) Favilla, RAAF (seated) and Sergeant Doug Oliver, RAAF, a medical orderly at a Medical Civil Aid Project (MEDCAP) clinic. Australian and US medical personnel regularly visited the rural areas and set up clinics so that the locals could receive medical treatment.
