Vietnam. c 1966. Ensign Bichs (seated, left), a South Vietnamese Navy helmsman, looking through a peep hole, and a deck hand on board an escort junk used to escort members of the Medical Civilian Aid Project (MEDCAP) to their clinics. Ensign Bichs was in charge of the escort junks.
