RAF officers examine the torn and scorched wreckage of a German Heinkel III bomber aircraft which was shot down over Alexandria by a British night fighter. The German bomber, which crashed in flames, exploded on hitting the ground. The Heinkel was one of two shot down by the same Canadian pilot within fifteen minutes.
