Description
R. V. ?Timor. c. 1942. A line of soldiers leave an enclosure near a plantation. The soldiers are wearing tin hats and are not armed. They are possibly a group of soldiers of the 2/12th Field Ambulance, part of Sparrow Force who were taken Prisoner of War (POW). The location on the back of the original photograph is identified only as R. V. and is amongst the photographs of NX48948 Evan Fuller, 2/12th Field Ambulance.
