Armoured cars stand by on the airfield while the transfer of supplies for an armoured car unit takes place. They are beyond the pile of ammunition boxes. In the foreground is the wheel and part of the wing of one of the Lockheed Hudson transport aircraft which delivered the supplies in the Western Desert.
