Unidentified signalmen of the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) Signal Regiment at Kure take advantage of the big US Army technical school for the whole Far East Command in the former Japanese Naval Academy on nearby Eta Jima Island, to study the latest American equipment and techniques.
