North Korea. c October 1950. During the advance from Pyongyang to the Manchurian border, members of the Middlesex Regiment accept a ride on American tanks as they head for the forward area. At right, are American soldiers and at the extreme left is an Australian soldier who is exchanging greetings with an English soldier. The Australian is from the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR).
