Nui Dat, Vietnam. June 1966. Barbed wire entanglements surround the 6th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR) base camp at Nui Dat which was set up in a rubber plantation. Note the curved piece of tin attached to the tree to guard against the flash if the trip flare, placed to the left of the tree, was set off. (Donor W. Cox)
