A cross and wreath mark the grave in the Alexandria (Hadra) War Memorial Cemetery, Plot 3, Row G, Grave 3, of 403029 Sergeant Bede William Jenkins RAAF, of No. 230 Squadron RAF, who died 7 September 1942. He was the son of Leslie James Jenkins and Mary Jenkins; husband of Sheila Eleanor Jenkins of East St Kilda, Vic. Hadra is a district on the eastern side of Alexandria.
