Weapons at the ready, Assault Pioneers of 6th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR), move along a tributary of the Song Rai River watching for recent signs of Viet Cong activity. The Pioneers operated outboard powered watercraft during Operation Portsea.
