Description

A side view of a German A7V tank captured at Villers-Bretonneux, where the enemy used these hopelessly cumbersome monsters for the first time. The photograph was taken a month later, after the French had salved this specimen for exhibition in Paris. The Australians also obtained one as a result of their operations.
