Australian and Vietnamese forces combine in Operation Phoi Hop (Co-operation) in Phuoc Tuy Province, as members of A Company, 7th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (7RAR), join local Popular Forces to sweep through jungle in search of Viet Cong bunkers. Seated on an armoured personnel carrier (APC) of A Squadron, 3 Cavalry Regiment, are Driver, 2207640 Trooper Glen Kealy , Crew Commander 217107 Corporal Trevor Ellis (both wearing berets) of Newcastle, NSW, and behind him (wearing a bush hat) is 54211 Warrant Officer Graeme Millington of Puckapunyal, Vic, a training team soldier with the Popular Forces who had done a previous tour of duty in 1968/69 with C Sqn 1st Armoured Regiment and A Sqn 3rd Cavalry Regiment.
