Private Ron England of Yass, NSW (left), and Lance Corporal Laurie Lancaster of Ballarat, Vic, both machine gunners of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), take a 62 Wireless set from its case to dry it out. The set froze during the previous night. Note the "utchies" in the background.
