The Chief of the Australian Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral (Vice Adm) Sir Victor Smith, is on a six day visit to the war zone, meeting Australian personnel and visiting Allied bases. Here checks the day's flying log with men of the 135th Assault Helicopter Company at Bearcat base in Bien Hoa Province, South Vietnam. RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam (RANHFV) is attached to the 135th Assault Helicopter Company.
