Description
A view of the British Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery, Yokohama, Japan. George Holland, President of the Returned Services League of Australia (RSL) (second from left) walks down stone steps in the cemetery during his tour of Japan and Korea. The officer on Mr Holland's left is probably Brigadier (Brig) I R Campbell, Commander of the Australian Army Component of the British Commonwealth Forces Korea (BCFK). Following Mr Holland and Brig Campbell down the stairs are an unidentified civilian carrying a leather camera case and an unidentified Australian Army captain. Included amongst the graves at the cemetery are those of servicemen who died while serving with the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) in Japan.
