An unidentified Australian Army chaplain, wearing Second World War ribbon bars, stands at the pulpit in a chapel in Japan. There is no congregation in the church indicating the chaplain is possibly rehearsing a sermon. The Union Jack (left) and the United Nations (UN) flag (right) are hanging on either side of the altar. Note the crysanthemums decorating the altar and pulpit.
