Description
A Douglas C47 Dakota which has brought Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) W Bridgeford, Commander in Chief British Commonwealth Forces Korea (BCFK) to Korea, is parked on the tarmac of an airfield. Lt Gen Bridgeford (out of picture), has arrived in Korea for his farewell tour before he returns to Australia. Note the 86 Transport Wing emblem (which includes the motto "Precision"), under the cockpit windows, and the RAAF ensign (flag) flying from above the cockpit.
