Description
AWM38 3DRL 6673/1011 - Album of 106 pages (including inside covers) containing 201 photographs covering research conducted by Charles Bean. The album is extensively captioned, with almost every image accompanied by a typed caption with descriptive text. Many of the images include dates and location information. Some of the images have been cut and pasted together to make panoramic spreads. Some images also have hand written notes accompanying them, generally with location and occasionally with photographic image details (such as photographer and film details). All the images are from either Egypt or Gallipoli, and include; camp life, travel, troops and battlefields.
