Studio portrait of 3/400353 Corporal (Cpl) Thomas (Tom) John Jubb, a stretcher bearer in 1 Platoon, A Company, 3 Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR). Cpl Jubb enlisted in 1951 and served in Korea in 1952 - 1953. He was awarded the Military Medal for `great bravery in reorganising the patrol and evacuating the wounded while under heavy enemy fire' during an engagement with Communist Chinese Forces on the night of 12 July 1952 at Hill 115, east of the Samichon River in the Jamestown Line Area.
