The Major of the Russian repatriation board and an American war correspondent arrive by armoured car at Stalag IIIA Prisoner of War (POW) Camp, Luckenwalde, Germany, just after the camp was liberated by Russian troops on 22 April 1945. A huge crowd of mostly American POWs have gathered to hear news of their repatriation.
