Dili, East Timor. 11 November 1999. Major Leath, SO2 (Visits) standing near the washing area at Obrugadu Barracks within the Internation Force for East Timor (Interfet) compound. The former Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) (Indonesian National Army) barracks were named Obrugadu Barracks by the Australians. Obrugadu is Tetum (Timorese) for thankyou.
